The goal of the project was to develop an advanced artificial intelligence–based system enabling automatic content moderation on online platforms.

The client was looking for a solution that would allow for effective detection and filtering of unwanted content, such as toxic comments, spam, or other violations of company policy, while maintaining high performance and scalability of the system.

Solution

As part of the project, we developed the GardianAI platform, which leverages advanced artificial intelligence models to analyze content in real time. The system provides ready-to-use models for common applications, such as detecting toxic content or sentiment analysis, and also enables the creation of custom AI agents tailored to the client’s specific needs.

GardianAI supports content moderation in multiple languages, making it an ideal solution for global platforms. Integration with client systems is carried out via a REST API, which simplifies deployment and shortens implementation time.

Result

The implementation of GardianAI enabled the client to significantly automate the content moderation process, reducing the need for manual intervention and lowering operational costs. The system effectively identifies and filters unwanted content, which has contributed to improved communication quality on the platform as well as increased user trust and satisfaction.

Thanks to the scalability of our solution, the client can easily adapt the system to a growing number of users and the increasing volume of generated content while maintaining high moderation quality.

Currently, GardianAI analyzes around 650,000 chat messages per month, filtering out approximately 3,000 of them, eliminating the need for human moderation.
