Problem
CAT LC Polska, an experienced logistics operator and part of the international Groupe CAT headquartered in France, was looking for an innovative solution for the automatic verification of employee attire compliance.
The key objective was to ensure adherence to internal safety guidelines and maintain the company’s professional image. The system was designed to eliminate errors from manual inspections, support high service standards, and strengthen customer trust.
Solution
Based on the collected requirements, we developed a prototype system using artificial intelligence and image processing. The system analyzed photos of employees, verifying whether their attire met the company’s requirements, such as appropriate trousers, safety footwear, a reflective vest, and a polo shirt with the company logo.
The prototype was created within one month and included a working AI model, a graphical interface design, and a demonstration video showcasing the system in practice.
Result
The prototype we designed significantly improved the clothing inspection process, enabling its potential large-scale automation. This allowed CAT Polska to enhance employee safety, while also ensuring a consistent company image and a high standard of customer service.
The prototype provided a solid foundation for the implementation of a full-scale system in the future, contributing to increased operational efficiency and highlighting the company’s commitment to innovative solutions.
